Welcome to the 2026 Winter Flag Football Season!

Please read the following important information before completing your registration.

Team Meet and Greet and Skills Training

  • Sunday January 25, 2026 (times and official location will be announced via email)
  • Team Announcements: Teams will be announced prior to the Skills Training

Team Uniforms:

  • Registration (by January 1): Players will receive their NFL Flag jersey and shorts at the skills training
  • Late Registration (after January 1): Jerseys will need to be ordered and may not be available for the players' first game

Required Items:

  • NFL Flag Jersey and Shorts
  • Athletic shoes or cleats
  • Mouthpiece (available for purchase)
  • Water
  • Soft shell helmet or head band (optional)

Team Communication:

All team assignments will be announced prior to the Skills Training Session. If you do not get an email, please contact the league for additional information. Please download the Stack Team app to follow your team's schedule and stay updated with all league activities.

Additional Information:

  • This league aims to promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and the love of the game in a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Ensure your child is prepared for practice and games by arriving on time, bringing water, and wearing appropriate athletic gear.

Grant / Scholarship â–¼

RCX Foundation Grant

Rising Fire Flag Football is proud to support our community with the help of RCX Sports Foundation to provide grants for children to play NFL Flag. We believe that every child should be able to play with us, regardless of their financial situation.

Apply Now for the NFL Flag Individual Grant Application. You must submit an application for each child. Please ensure you click on the NFL Flag Fund.

Rising Fire Flag Scholarship Application

Rising Fire Flag mission is to provide scholarships to make sports more accessible and inclusive for all families. Please note that scholarship awards are not guaranteed and subject to availability and approval. If you are in need, please complete the below form to be considered for one of our many reduced or free registrations every season. Please submit one form per child requesting.

Get Involved with Rising Fire Flag Football

We are always looking for passionate volunteers to help make our league successful! Whether you want to coach, referee, or help with event coordination, there's a place for you.

We are proud to offer the following volunteer opportunities for families to be able to help continue to support Rising Fire Flag Football. As you complete your child's registration you will be asked if you would like to volunteer for one of our amazing opportunities.

For anyone interested in serving in a coaching capacity, will be sent requesting that you send us your personal info to enable us to complete a background check. Once the background check is passed you will be eligible to coach and will be contacted prior to the season beginning to confirm your spot and provide you with details on the upcoming coaches meeting & draft.

We have the following volunteer positions available:

Event Coordinators â–¶

Help organize and coordinate game days, special events, and league activities. Event coordinators assist with logistics, setup, and ensuring smooth operations during events.

Head Coach â–¶

Lead and mentor young athletes on the field. Head coaches are responsible for team practices, game strategy, and player development. Background check required.

Assistant Coach (Open to High School Students) â–¶

Support the head coach with practice drills, player instruction, and game-day activities. This position is open to high school students looking to gain coaching experience and give back to their community.

Team Manager / Parent â–¶

Support your child's team with communication, logistics, and coordination. Team managers help with scheduling, team communications, and organizing team activities.

Referees â–¶

Ensure fair play and learn the game inside and out. Referees are essential to maintaining game integrity and providing a positive experience for all players. Training will be provided.
