To ensure the appropriate atmosphere for these activities, our organization has adopted a zero tolerance policy for violations in its enforcement of the Code of Conduct. By agreeing to coach, volunteer, or work for Rising Fire Flag Football in any capacity, Coaches attest:

• I agree to conduct myself in a positive manner toward players, coaches, parents, and officials at all times.
• I will remember that kids register to play football because it is fun. Every child should have the opportunity to play.
• I will support and respect all decisions made by the game officials and refrain from outward criticism.
• I am responsible to understand the rules of the game, teaching these rules to my players and abiding by those rules.
• I will create a safe and positive environment for my players to learn how to play the sport.
• I will respect the decisions of referees and coaches.
• I will encourage my players to play to the best of their ability and conduct themselves in a positive manner.
• I will adhere to the Code of Conduct while participating in any Rising Fire Flag Football activity.

By continuing, coaches understand that they must abide by the above Code of Conduct, and if they do not live up to the Code of Conduct, they and their players, spectators, and family members may be banned from participating in any Rising Fire Flag Football activities for a period determined solely by Rising Fire Flag Football staff.
